The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technological solutions into terms understandable by a variety of users. They will play a crucial role in guiding the tier 1 team to ensure seamless classroom service delivery, audiovisual support, and ongoing maintenance. This includes coordinating with the tier 2 support team to ensure proper documentation and streamlined processes for efficient resolution of audiovisual support issues.
This position requires expertise in audiovisual equipment and support tools, project management, vendor coordination, and strong customer service skills. The Classroom Support Specialist - Lead ensures the successful implementation, support, and ongoing maintenance of audiovisual technology within classrooms, lecture halls, labs, and other learning environments.
